Ramzi El Azzi

Ramzi El Azzi is a dynamic, multilingual lawyer and legal consultant with wide-ranging legal knowledge and a strong track record of achieving excellent outcomes for clients, including prominent individuals, companies, and NGOs. His practice is shaped by international experience across GCC jurisdictions and the United Kingdom, enabling him to advise clients on matters involving cross-border elements, international documentation, and multi-jurisdictional strategy.

He completed his LLM (Master of Laws) at City, University of London, graduating with Distinction, and was awarded The City Law School Prize for Excellence in Civil Dispute Resolution Options, reflecting his strength in modern dispute-resolution tools and strategic case management.

He is an experienced specialist in civil law and dispute resolution, which has been central to his legal career. He also advises on corporate, commercial, and banking law, supporting clients on company structuring, commercial transactions, contractual risk allocation, and banking-related matters. In addition, he has extensive experience in Media and Entertainment Law, where he advises on content, talent and production agreements, and the commercial realities of the media sector.

His practice includes a broad range of complex intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on trademark and copyright licensing, IP commercialization, and enforcement against infringement and counterfeiting. He supports businesses and creators in protecting brand value and managing rights across multiple markets.

Known for a practical, problem-solving approach, he provides clear, candid advice and works closely with clients to develop effective legal strategies—whether the objective is an early settlement, ADR (negotiation/mediation/arbitration), or litigation where necessary.

Violette Haddad Azzi

Violette Haddad Azzi is an attorney specializing in civil law in its various branches, with a particular emphasis on Media and Entertainment Law—an area of increasing relevance for businesses, creators, and media institutions. She strengthened her expertise through her tenure as Legal Adviser at LBCI, one of the Middle East’s leading media corporations, where she supported legal and operational matters in a fast-paced media environment.

Her practice supports clients with contract drafting and review, regulatory and commercial matters affecting media activities, and the resolution of disputes with a focus on practical outcomes and legal precision.

Liliane Azzi

Liliane Azzi holds a Ph.D. in International Law and brings a distinguished background in diplomacy, foreign relations, and human rights. She has several years of experience in diplomatic work and is also a university lecturer at USEK university.

Multilingual and internationally oriented, she speaks Spanish and English fluently in addition to Arabic and French, enabling her to support clients and institutions in cross-border matters, international cooperation, and issues involving public international law and rights-based frameworks.

Dalia Abi Khalil

Dalia Abi Khalil holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Lebanese University and is a litigation lawyer practicing before civil and criminal courts. She advises and represents clients in complex disputes, with strong experience in business and corporate law, employment law, and human rights-related matters, including the full range of legal and administrative procedures required under Lebanese law.

Her work is characterized by careful case assessment, strong courtroom advocacy, and a strategic approach to dispute management—from early-stage negotiations through to litigation and enforcement.

Jeannette Haddad

Jeannette Haddad holds a High Diploma in International Business Law and focuses her practice on corporate, finance, and securities matters. She also has substantial experience in the banking sector, having previously worked at the Central Bank, which has provided her with strong insight into banking operations, compliance expectations, and the regulatory environment.

She supports clients on corporate structuring, financial documentation, and regulatory considerations affecting business and financial activities.

Eliana Boueiry

Eliana Boueiry has extensive experience in canon law, holding a specialized diploma, and is a practicing lawyer with a focus on family law. She supports clients in sensitive personal matters, including divorce and related family disputes, with an approach that balances legal rigor, discretion, and practical solutions—particularly in cases requiring careful handling and clear procedural follow-up.

George El Hajj

George El Hajj practices across criminal law, family law, and corporate and contract law.
